What's included in the tours?

How much are your getaways?
Each tour is priced separately, based on length of trip, number of games, and various other factors. Click HERE to see a breakdown of each trip.
A $200 deposit is required (per person, per tour) to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due due 90 days prior to the start of the trip.
Who is invited to travel?
Everyone! Men and women, toddlers and teens - all ages are welcome to join the fun!
We welcome guests of all abilities and are committed to making our tours as inclusive as possible. While each trip includes some walking - such as entering stadiums, navigating seating areas, and exploring special attractions - we will always do our best to accommodate the needs of travelers with mobility concerns. If you have any questions about accessibility or specific requirements, don't hesitate to reach out.
What are my rooming options?

Single: thoughtfully priced for the solo wanderer — those who cherish their own private sanctuary.

Double: priced per person, sharing a room with another guest — choice of one or two beds available.

Triple: priced per person.

Quad: priced per person.

Note: fans traveling independently may request to be matched with another guest and enjoy our double occupancy rate.

When will I see final itinerary?

General itineraries will be posted online on the "2026 Tours" page.

Daily itineraries with bus times, specific hotels, and player appearances will be provided to all travelers on each tour 60 days in advance.

Individual celebrities for meet & greets are subject to change.

Tours will depart from Perimeter Mall parking lot outside Dillards (4400 Ashford Dunwoody Rd., Atlanta, GA 30346) Please arrange for drop-off and pickup to/from that location. Bus loading and departure time will be sent to all travelers in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund.

Cancellations received 30-59 days prior to departure will receive full refund, minus $50 per person processing fee.
Who are the tour guides?
Our traveling staff consists of dedicated baseball fans who have served as tour managers for professional sports franchises. They are detail-oriented professionals who will be equipped to answer all questions on-site.
What if a game gets rained out?
If a game gets rained out during your tour, you may receive a refund for the cost of that game's ticket.
